Mariam Muhanna has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mariam began their career in 2013 as a Software Support Representative at Bio-Rad Laboratories. In 2015, they worked part-time as an Administration Officer at NORWAC - Norwegian Aid Committee.

From 2014 to 2016, Mariam worked at Médecins du Monde as a Program Assistant, where they were responsible for administrative and logistic procedures. Mariam then transitioned to the role of Deputy Field Coordinator in 2016, followed by becoming a Projects Manager in 2016. In their role as Projects Manager, they were responsible for overall project management, implementation, budgeting, staff management, and capacity building.

In 2021, Mariam joined AMP Creative as a Project Manager, overseeing and implementing detailed work plans. Mariam subsequently became an Associate Director of Productions in 2022 and is currently serving as the Operations Manager.
