Pranil Dutt

Pranil Dutt has extensive work experience in the IT field, starting with their current role as an Engineering Team Lead at AMP. In this position, they manage a team of 12 and is responsible for various projects involving Azure and M365 platforms. Pranil has also worked on identity migration, alert and monitoring systems, and mail flow simplification.

Prior to AMP, Pranil served as a Senior Engineer at Stockland, where they focused on O365 and Azure security and compliance technologies. Pranil also worked as a Consultant at Ausgrid and held various roles at Text100, including IT Manager for the Asia Pacific region and Senior Network Engineer.

Pranil's career began at the University Coop Bookshop as a Network Administrator and later took on the same role at the Fiji Visitors Bureau. Pranil also worked as a Systems Analyst at I T C Suva Fiji.

Overall, Pranil Dutt has demonstrated expertise in Microsoft technologies, technical architecture, conditional access, and enterprise solution design throughout their extensive work experience.

Pranil Dutt obtained a Post Grad Diploma in Computer Science from the University of the South Pacific in 1994-1995. Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Computer Science and Physics from the same university in 1990-1993. In addition to their formal education, Pranil has obtained several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner, Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, and MCP from Microsoft. Pranil has also completed courses on generative AI, leadership behaviors, coaching and employee development, embracing unexpected change, and inspiring and developing direct reports, among others.
