Elizabeth's previous roles include board directorships at Meritor, Quarles, Inc., Cardno, Alloy Polymers, O'Brien & Gere, and Polymer Group Inc., where responsibilities spanned committees focused on compensation, governance, and audit functions. Elizabeth began guidance roles in operational performance at American Capital and holds multiple degrees from Clarkson University, including an MBA and a Master's degree in Engineering.
