Fraser McLeod is currently serving as an Executive in Residence at Ampersand Capital Partners since June 2025. Prior to this role, Fraser held various executive positions at Waters Corporation from June 2022 to May 2025, including Vice President and General Manager responsible for Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), as well as leading the Wyatt Technology business. Fraser has extensive experience in digital strategy and informatics, notably as Vice President of Life Sciences Digital at DH Life Sciences LLC from April 2020 to June 2022, and has contributed significantly to digital transformation at Danaher Life Sciences. Fraser's earlier roles included leadership at SCIEX, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Dionex, and Quintiles, focusing on mass spectrometry and chromatography solutions, with a proven track record in product development, business strategy, and team management. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Post Graduate Diploma in Analytical and Process Analytical Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde.
