Amelie Reisenauer

Amelie Reisenauer has a diverse work experience in the field of People & Culture. Amelie currently serves as the People & Culture Lead at amplimind, where they are responsible for fostering a culture that values and cares for every individual. Prior to this, they worked as a People & Culture professional at Lufthansa Industry Solutions.

Amelie also gained valuable experience at Audi Business Innovation GmbH, starting in 2017. In their role as a Project Manager and People & Culture specialist, they focused on creating a pleasant work atmosphere and development opportunities for employees. Amelie also served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing support in various operational and strategic areas.

Before joining Audi Business Innovation GmbH, Amelie worked as an Intern in the Human Resources departments of both Volkswagen de México and Audi Business Innovation GmbH. Amelie also conducted their Bachelor's thesis on Personnel Development at AUDI AG, where they had previously interned in Personnel Development as well.

Amelie Reisenauer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Educational Sciences from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, graduating in 2016. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology, Leadership & Management from SRH Fernhochschule - The Mobile University in 2020. Apart from their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021.
