Gemma Reston (Cowley)

Gemma Reston (Cowley) has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gemma started their career at Shell in 2007, where they held multiple roles in project management, stakeholder management, demand planning, and data assistance. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Supply Chain Manager at Perrigo Company plc, managing the delivery of pharmaceutical products to major UK stores. Gemma then joined HSBC in 2014, where they held positions as a Transformation Manager and Regional Head of Change for Europe and MENA. Most recently, Gemma Reston (Cowley) worked at AMRC, starting in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager and later promoted to Head Of Operations in November 2021.
