Katarzyna Święcicka

Katarzyna Święcicka began their work experience in 2009 as a General Manager at AmRest. Katarzyna then moved on to roles as an HR Business Partner at KFC Poland and an HR Manager at Starbucks Poland. In 2017, they joined AmRest again as the Head of Training and Development in China, overseeing training programs for two brands. Most recently, in 2021, they assumed the position of Culture Communication and Sustainability Director at AmRest.

Katarzyna Święcicka completed their Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Managment - Human Resources from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław from 2019 to 2021. Katarzyna also studied Political Science at the University of Wroclaw from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and the Employer Branding Academy, focusing on topics such as diversity, inclusion, leadership, and employer branding.
