Karl Lang

Karl Lang, Mag. has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as Senior HR Director for People & Organization at Siemens since January 2001. Lang has held multiple leadership roles within Siemens, progressing to Senior P&O Manager for Siemens AG Österreich in October 2014. In addition to current positions on the Regional Board of AMS and as a Fachkundiger Laienrichter at Wirtschaftskammer Wien, Lang has an academic background, holding honorary professorship and university lecturer roles at FH Burgenland and previously at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems and WU. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Education & Human Resource Management from WU and a Commercial High School Diploma from Bundeshandelsakademie Steyr.
