Manvi Agrawal

Manvi Agrawal is a Staff Engineer at ams AG with experience in Failure Analysis & Reliability Engineering. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Fellow at NTU School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, focusing on molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) for thin film growth and characterization. They also served as a Research Scientist at Temasek Laboratories@NTU, where they established GaN growth technology on SiC substrate for RF applications. Manvi completed a Ph.D. in Microelectronics from Nanyang Technological University, and holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Mody Institute of Technology and Science.
