Cheng Zhang

Technical Lead & Principal Design Engineer at AMS

Cheng Zhang has a strong background in analog design and semiconductor technologies. Cheng started their career in 2003 as a research assistant at Fudan University and then moved on to become a research assistant at TU Delft in 2005. In 2007, Cheng joined NXP Semiconductors as an Analog Designer and IC Architect, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Cheng worked at Infineon Technologies as an Analog-mixed signal designer. Cheng then joined Dialog Semiconductor in 2015 as an Analog Designer. Cheng worked at Toshiba as an Analog design lead from April 2017 to August 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Technical Lead & Principal design engineer at ams AG, a position they have held since September 2017.
