**PURPOSE**- *The "why" – the core reason or motivation behind the role*
To enrich the policy-writing experience for a designated policy team, drawing on past experience and knowledge

**DOMAIN**- *Your territory – the specific area or subject you have control and autonomy over.*
- Mentorship and advice of approximately one policy team per cycle
- Organising consultations with internal AMSA groups and external stakeholders

**ACCOUNTABILITY**- *Your responsibilities – the actions and outcomes you're answerable for*
- Overseeing the writing, review, and presentation of policy.
- Linking their policy team with the National Policy Subcommittee.
- Identifying and resolving issues on the policy team as they arise.
- Providing advice within their scope and knowledge of AMSA Policy.
- Continuing to refine the policy process.
