Heath Franklin

Heath Franklin is a seasoned Environment, Health, and Safety Manager with extensive experience in managing compliance and safety operations in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Heath serves as the Environment, Health, and Safety Manager at Amsted Automotive since July 2017, overseeing all EHS activities, wastewater treatment, and chemical management. Previously, from February 2002 to July 2017, Heath held various EHS roles at Caterpillar Inc., including Chemical Process, EHS Manager, EHS Coordinator, and Environmental Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing environmental compliance across multiple locations and supervising wastewater treatment operations. Heath began their career as a lead operator in wastewater treatment at Caterpillar Inc.'s HPE Group from 1998 to 2002. Educational background includes a drafting and design degree from Northwest Mississippi Community College and a high school diploma from Bruce High School.
