Ritu Barkotoky - Mshrod

Ritu Barkotoky, MSHROD, PHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ritu is currently serving as a Board Member at ASEI (American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin) and OakMac SHRM. In their previous role at Amsted Automotive, they held the position of Director of People Development where they had oversight of talent development and acquisition functions. Ritu also led initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as performance management and succession planning. Ritu has also worked as a Human Resources Manager at ITT Inc. and the Detroit Zoological Society. Ritu has experience as an Organizational Development Analyst at Midcontinent Independent System Operator and has worked as an independent HR Consultant. Ritu has also held various HR roles at B2Bi Solutions, Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, LLC, and ZF Friedrichshafen.

Ritu Barkotoky completed their Master's Degree in HR and Organizational Development at Eastern Michigan University. Ritu also attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2019 to 2022 for Executive Education. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including PHR from HR Certification Institute, Fostering Inclusion and Diversity from Yale School of Management, and Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility from UC Berkeley Executive Education. Ritu is currently pursuing additional certifications as a CoActive Coach and Mindfulness Life Coach.
