Mikhil Sanduria

Mikhil Sanduria has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mikhil began their career at Sona Okegawa Precision Forgings ltd. in 2001 as an Engineer in Manufacturing. After four years, they moved to Fiamm Minda Automotive Ltd. where they worked as a Dy. Manager in Quality. In 2010, they joined Serco as a Manager in Process Excellence and later transitioned to Pinnacle Foods as a Continuous Improvement Consultant. In 2014, they joined ZF Group as a Site Quality Leader and stayed with the company until 2020. At Kaiser Aluminum, Mikhil served as a Quality and Program Manager before joining Amsted Rail in 2023 as the Director of Quality.

Mikhil Sanduria holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Institution of Engineers (India), Royal Charters. Mikhil also has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Central Polytechnic Chandigarh. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Business Analytics from The Wharton School (2022), ACE Leadership program from WABCO (2019), WABCO Quality Training and Mentoring Program from Silke Lerche Global (2019), and Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA (2011).
