Henk Broeders

Henk Broeders is an experienced leader with a robust background in governance and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at UMC Utrecht and holding multiple positions, including Vice Chairman of the Board at PGGM and Member of the Supervisory Board at Leger des Heils, Henk also leads the board of Stichting Hanarth Fonds and Amsterdam UMC - Alzheimer Center Amsterdam. As an Independent Business Owner at Broeders Board Services and a member of the Investor Advisory Committee at Aescap, Henk brings extensive expertise gained during a notable tenure at McKinsey & Company, where roles progressed from Associate to Senior Partner. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Delft University of Technology and completion of the Commissarissencyclus at Nyenrode Business University.
