Ben Lutz

Ben Lutz has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Ben currently holds the position of Sr. Director, IT Operations & Service Delivery at AMSURG since March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director, IT Infrastructure at AMSURG from September 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining AMSURG, Ben worked at Concept Technology Inc. as the Vice President of Client Services from June 2015 to June 2021. In this role, they provided leadership to a 35-member client-facing IT team and was responsible for coaching and developing the team, ensuring their performance aligned with strategic goals.

Prior to Concept Technology Inc., Ben worked at INETCO, L.L.C. as the Director of IT Services and Network Operations Manager from August 2008 to June 2015. Ben was accountable for planning and coordinating all aspects of network operations for more than 40 SMB clients and provided desktop and server support.

In 2012, Ben briefly worked at Legility (Formerly Document Solutions) as an IT Director, where they managed and maintained the entire IT infrastructure and developed a backup and recovery plan.

Before that, they worked as an IT Consultant at A Partner In Technology from 2006 to 2008 and as a Help Desk Specialist at the State of Tennessee from September 2002 to October 2005.

Ben Lutz attended Nashville State Community College, where they pursued a degree in Computer Networking Technology. Ben completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) program at this institution. No specific start or end years for their education are provided.
