Anna Lynn Smith, AICP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of transportation planning. Anna Lynn is currently working as the Vice President of Strategy & Planning at Amtrak since 2022. Previously, they worked at HDR as the Northeast Transportation Planning Lead/Associate Vice President from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for coordinating staffing, group growth, and leading projects related to transportation planning. Anna Lynn Smith, AICP has a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1993. Anna Lynn also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Operations Management from Villanova School of Business, completed from 1994 to 1999. In addition, they have obtained the AICP certification from the American Planning Association in 2000.
