Áine Piedad

Áine Piedad has three years of work experience. In 2020, they began working as an Associate Scientist 2 - Automated Strain Engineering for Amyris. From 2018-2020, they held several roles at Mills College, including Lifeguard and Pool Attendent, Teaching Assistant, Jill Barrett Summer Research Scholar, and Teaching Assistant. From 2015-2018, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at Arisan Therapeutics, Inc, where they were responsible for mammalian cell culturing, counting, harvesting, and transfecting, as well as lab maintenance.

Áine Piedad obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Mills College in 2020. Áine also holds a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid and Oxygen from the American Red Cross, which they obtained in March of 2020.
