Jade Proulx has worked in a variety of roles in the food industry since 2010. In 2010 and 2011, they held internships at Novotaste Corporation Inc. and Kerry Americas, respectively. In 2011, they co-founded Atlus Inc. as part of The Next 36 accelerator program. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University and a Product Development Scientist at Ocean Spray Cranberries. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Eat Just, Inc., where they held the roles of Food Scientist, Model Systems Project Lead and Food Scientist, Product Research. In 2019, they became an Operations Engineer, Senior Associate Scientist, Screening and Analytics Data Quality, and Associate Scientist 3, Fermentation at Amyris.
š± Jade Proulx completed a Master of Science (MS) in Food Science with a minor in Statistics from Cornell University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Food Science & Chemistry from McGill University in 2012. In 2018, they obtained an Innovation Management certification from Wharton Executive Education.
