Jenny R.

Jenny R. has held a variety of roles in the legal field since 2001. Jenny began their career as a Legal Researcher at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, followed by Litigation Associate positions at Randolph Cregger & Chalfant LLP and Condon & Forsyth LLP. In 2010, they became General Counsel at Love Culture Inc. and subsequently held the role of Litigation Counsel at Newegg Inc. from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they were appointed VP General Counsel & Business Development at Halston, followed by Senior Corporate Counsel at Pharmavite from 2019 to 2021. Jenny is currently VP Senior Transactions Counsel at Amyris.

Jenny R. attended the University of Wisconsin Law School from 1999 to 2002, where they earned their J.D. degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Chicago from 1994 to 1998, where they earned their B.A. in Statistics & Economics. In May 2022, they obtained a Certified Licensing Professional certification from the Certified Licensing Professionals, Inc.
