Luca Galantucci

Luca Galantucci has worked for a range of companies since 2010. In that year, they began as a Lawyer at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, where they assisted clients in the development of strategic structured finance transactions, structuring of major crossborder Real Estate financing transactions, financing of M&A, and organization of capital markets deals. In 2014, they became Region Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they provided advice in connection to a wide variety of legal matters, including M&A transactions, Cloud related transactions, Structured Finance transactions, Legal advice regarding commercial law, government contracts, antitrust and software licensing, and more. In 2017, they moved to Philips Lighting as Head of Legal Department and Compliance Officer for Italy, Israel and Greece, where they managed the legal affairs and the relevant team. In 2019, they took on the role of Lead Legal Counsel for Italy, Spain and Portugal at Sigma. Finally, in 2020, they joined Kimberly-Clark as Senior Legal Counsel - Western Europe & EU DPO, making part of the Western Europe leadership team. Currently, Luca Galantucci is Vice President - Senior International Counsel at Amyris, where they are responsible for managing a variety of company legal matters in the UK and the EU, such as agreements, governmental compliance, data protection, intellectual property, civil affairs, and government relations.

Luca Galantucci started their educational journey in 2004 when they began studying Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Luca obtained their Law degree in 2009, and then served as a Teaching Assistant at the same university from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they attended Temple University but did not receive a degree. Additionally, they obtained a D.E.L.E. Superior certification from the Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte del Reino de España.
