Nancy Diaz

Nancy Diaz is the Vice President & Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at ANA AIMM. Nancy has over 20 years of experience in corporate America and their focus has always been on diversity, equity and inclusion.

Nancy started their career at The Boeing Company where they spent 16 years in various roles with a focus on recruitment and inclusion. In their last role at Boeing, they were the Program Manager for the External Technical Affiliations, Inclusion & Recruitment Portfolio. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing programs that promoted workforce diversity and inclusion.

After leaving Boeing, Nancy spent a year as a Diversity Recruiting Programs Manager at Amazon Web Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing strategic diversity recruiting programs for AWS globally. Nancy also partnered with key stakeholders to drive diversity and inclusion across the recruiting lifecycle.

Most recently, Nancy has been working as a management consultant specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion. In this role, they have been providing companies with insights on how to create more inclusive environments.

Nancy Diaz has a Bachelor's of Science from California State University, Northridge in Business Administration with a Management Option. Nancy also has a Master's Certificate in Organizational Leadership and Applied Project Management from Villanova University. In addition, they have a Strategic Organizational Leadership Certificate from Villanova University and a Certificate in Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager from Villanova University. Finally, they have a Certificate in Essentials of Project Management and a Human Resources Project Management Certificate from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
