Joy Moody

Joy Moody is an experienced professional in the field of social work and mental health, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Western New Mexico University since August 2022 and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor at Choose Joy Therapy, LLC since September 2020. Moody holds the title of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and previously managed the Women's 90 Day Partial Hospitalization Program at The Transition House, Inc. from January 2016 to September 2020, focusing on treatment for co-occurring disorders. Prior experience includes providing individual counseling to homeless veterans and facilitating case management services at All Families Resource Center. Joy Moody earned a Master's degree in Social Work from USC School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Warner University, with an earlier Associate of Science in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Columbus State Community College.
