Monica Campo, MBA, serves as an Adjunct Professor and Grant Director for the Second Chance Program at Miami Dade College since January 2022, also managing workforce services. Within six months of employment, Monica was promoted from Coordinator to Manager in the same department, achieving a 22% increase in career opportunities through the execution of employer networking events. Monica previously worked as a Pre-College Advisor at Miami Dade College from January 2018 to January 2021, offering academic and career guidance using a case management approach. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Relations Professional at San Ignacio University, where efforts led to a 30% increase in public awareness of the university’s offerings.
