Camille Kilanowski

Camille Kilanowski has worked in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2012. Camille began their career at CHANEL as an Administrative Assistant to Financial Direction in 2012. In 2014, they moved to LVMH as a Talent Management HR Assistant, where they supported the Talent Manager Director and Managers. In 2015, they became a Recruitment & Campus Management Assistant at Louis Vuitton. In 2016, they worked as an HR Development Assistant at Marc Jacobs. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Moët Hennessy USA as a Recruiter, where they managed day-to-day interactions with employees, hiring managers, candidates, and partners. Most recently, they have been an HR & Recruitment Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ana Luisa since 2020.

Camille Kilanowski began their educational career in 2012 when they attended ETS Paris to obtain a BTS Assistant Manager in Management/Economics/Administration. Camille then went on to ISEFAC Bachelor, école de management, commerce, marketing et communication, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, Recruitment in 2015. Finally, they returned to ISEFAC Bachelor to complete a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management in 2017.
