J. Nirdosh Reddy has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. J. Nirdosh is currently the Founder of Anaar, where they guide top management in client organizations to adopt a customer-focused mindset, transform work culture, and sustain business excellence and profitability. J. Nirdosh also mentors senior managers and leads the development of new training materials and tools. Prior to this, Reddy worked at Ford Motor Company as a Manager, Engineering, where they educated and trained senior managers on Process Improvement methodology. Before that, they were a Manager, Engineering at Bendix Corporation, where they developed automotive sensors, electronic circuits, and closed-loop control systems for Electronic Fuel Injection systems and received 20 U.S. patents related to Electronic Fuel Injection Control Systems.
J. Nirdosh Reddy began their education at Osmania University in 1961, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering. J. Nirdosh completed their undergraduate studies in 1966. Following this, they joined the University of Cincinnati in 1966 and obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a focus on Control Systems and Integrated Circuits in 1969. Later, in 1970, they attended Syracuse University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management, concluding their formal education.
