Gonzalo B. started their work experience in 2019 as a Business Specialist at Fundación SERES, where they worked for one month. In 2022, they joined Analyticalways as a Customer Success Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Director of Customer Operations in March 2023.

Gonzalo B. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Exeter, from 2016 to 2020. In 2021, they pursued a certification in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies through HarvardX, which is an online learning initiative by Harvard University. During the same year, Gonzalo also enrolled in the IESE Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management from 2021 to 2022.
