Kendra McClanahan has a diverse work experience. Kendra began their career as an Account Coordinator and Salesforce Administrator at CMS Solutions, LLC, where they worked from July 2010 to October 2013. Kendra then attended MakerSquare, a coding bootcamp, where they gained skills in full-stack web development. Following this, they joined eateria as a Marketing Manager, responsible for building relationships with restaurants and promoting their digital loyalty marketing software. In 2015, Kendra joined Gainsight and held various roles including Project Manager, Manager of Onboarding Success, Senior Solutions Architect, Manager of Customer Success Operations, and most recently, Senior Manager of Customer Success Operations. Their expertise lies in CS Operations, system implementation, customer success strategy, and team management.

Kendra McClanahan obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, with a focus on Leadership and Change Management, as well as a Service Leadership Certificate from Saint Louis University. Kendra attended the university from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Kendra also obtained certifications in their professional field. Kendra became a Gainsight Certified Administrator in March 2019, and more recently, in October 2022, they completed a Product-led Growth Micro-certification from Product School.
