Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Administrator to join our small Title Update team in our London office. The Project Administator will manage administrative projects for our international client base.  The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be a self-starter wanting to learn new skills. Being a team player is essential to this role.

You’ll love this job if you like to:

  • Liaising and maintaining relationships with clients and external legal counsel
  • Completing various administrative forms and collecting signatures
  • Effectively and timely managing several administrative projects in accordance with established processes and procedures
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external clients to keep project portfolio records current and valid
  • Assist in finance management to support accurate invoice reconciliation

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Successful experience in similar position
  • Excellent organiser, ability to prioritise and strong time management and multi-tasking skills, to meet deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to diligently review various documents and client files
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, subject matter experts, and administrative professionals
  • Motivated by a fast-paced team environment with ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work both within a team and alone
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
  • Confident with a friendly manner
