Shilpa Shukla

Shilpa Shukla has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Shilpa is currently working as an Associate Director - HR at Anaqua, where they are responsible for overall employee experience, talent acquisition, HR operations, and compliance management. Additionally, they handle global projects related to global mobility, immigration, and learning management system. Prior to this, Shilpa worked as a Freelance HR Consultant, where they supported organizations in setting up HR departments, devising compensation structures, formulating HR policies, and implementing HR digital transformation. Before that, they held positions at WNS Global Services, Aegis Global, and CMS Computers Limited (INDIA) in various HR roles.

Shilpa Shukla received a PGDM - HR degree from MIT School of Management Pune in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor in Computer Application degree from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal in 2003.
