Jay Krupp

Vice President Of Client Delivery at Anatomy IT

Jay Krupp has worked in the hospitality industry since 1988. Jay began their career as a waiter at The Abbey Resort in 1988 and then moved up to become a bellman in 1989 and 1990. From 1992 to 2014, they worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they held various roles including Night Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, and Front Desk Agent. In 2014, they joined Amadeus as the VP Product Operations. In this role, they built a value stream release process, provided P&L commercial guidelines, and worked closely with the Go-To-Market and Product Strategy teams. Jay then moved on to become the Head Of Commercial Operations, where they were responsible for strategic vendor management, vendor negotiations, and contract governance. Jay then became the Director of CRS Delivery, where they were highly involved in enterprise-level contract negotiations, SLA development and measurement, service delivery management, and account management. Jay then moved on to become the Director of CRS Education and Content, where they developed new educational curriculum and service offerings, consulted with clients on training plan development, instructional design, and training delivery, and implemented a lean-agile content development process. In 2022, Jay Krupp joined ANATOMY_IT. as the Vice President of Client Delivery.

Jay Krupp completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hotel Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics between 1987 and 1992. During this time, they also attended University of Pittsburgh for a semester in 1989, studying Business Administration and Management, General.
