Ruth McLoughlin

Ruth McLoughlin is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in international tax matters. Currently serving as Head of International Tax at Ancestry since May 2016, Ruth manages the international department encompassing all direct and indirect taxes. Previously, Ruth held various roles at Deloitte Ireland from October 2011 to April 2016, specializing in Corporate and International Tax while completing ACA and AITI qualifications. Ruth also gained valuable experience as Acting Head of Tax at C&C Group plc during a secondment, overseeing comprehensive tax responsibilities including planning, transfer pricing, and compliance. Ruth McLoughlin holds a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from University College Dublin and is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute.
