Matt Cook

Matt Cook has extensive experience in construction and finance, serving as Vice President of Construction at Pacific Bells since 2007 and as a Senior Director of Construction & Facilities. Currently, Matt holds the role of Supply Officer with the U.S. Navy since January 2011, along with a prior position as Director of Finance from April 2022 to February 2023, specializing in military finance and accounting. Additionally, Matt serves as VP of Construction at Anchor Point Management Group since February 2007. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
