Nathan Short is an experienced professional in the restaurant and technology sectors, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Tonom Tech since August 2023, focusing on integrating robotic solutions for restaurant operations. Short also works as an IT Systems Technician at Anchor Point Management Group and has held several managerial positions, including District Manager and Corporate Tech Support at Laughing Planet Cafe, General Manager at Brewhaus, and Assistant General Manager at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. Previous roles include management positions at Buffalo Wild Wings and Native Foods, as well as Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel. Nathan Short co-founded the Downhome Music/Beer/Art Festival and holds a certification in Culinary Arts and Hospitality from Lincoln Land Community College.
