Anchor Wave runs just like any highly technical professional office. They just happen to be mostly remote! Heather, the Office Coordinator, helps ensure that the remote office runs smoothly. She manages appointments, equipment and coordination of support for the team and partners. If you have called into the office, Heather’s voice is likely one you have heard before. Quality and friendly services are important to Heather and she dedicates herself to this every day.

Heather joined the team in 2023, starting what she calls the second phase of her career. Before starting with us, Heather had a long career in performing arts, chasing her dreams of being a professional dancer. Now, she’s putting her multi-tasking and problem-solving skills to work keeping projects on track and finding creative, efficient ways to tackle new challenges.
