Xiao Li

Xiao Li has a strong work experience in various roles and industries. In 2004, they started as a Compliance Department Intern at Park Avenue Securities. From 2009 to 2011, Xiao Li worked as a Receptionist and Assistant Office Manager at the Center for Veterinary Care. They then transitioned to Eastman Footwear Group, where they served as a Product Safety Manager from 2011 to 2014. Xiao Li then joined Hutchin Hill Capital as an Office Administrator, where they managed various functions and built strong business relationships across seven offices. In 2018, Xiao Li became a Senior Associate at Epoch Investment Partners, performing key responsibilities until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President and Office Manager at Anchorage Capital Group, where they contribute their skills and expertise.

Xiao Li's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Murry Bergtraum High School, focusing on Information Systems. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Hunter College from 2004 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Xiao Li furthered their education at Brooklyn College, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Xiao Li has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed a certification in Basic Project Management from New York University. In 2020, they obtained certifications in COVID-19 Contact Tracing, Psychological First Aid: Supporting Yourself and Others During COVID-19, and Returning to Work During COVID-19: Safe Work Practices. These certifications were completed through institutions such as Coursera and the American Red Cross.
