Jeff Pedersen

Jeff Pedersen is the current CFO at Andela. Jeff has also previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at Angi from July 2021 to July 2022, as an Advisor to the Board at BlueGrace Logistics from January 2021 to June 2022, and as an Operating Partner at Stripes from July 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were the CFO at Handy from September 2014 to July 2017 and Head of Hardlines Finance at Amazon from June 2011 to September 2014. At Amazon, they were responsible for the financial plans, profit & loss, and balance sheet for the Hardlines businesses, which encompassed a variety of product lines including toys, sports, tools & home improvement, lawn & garden, home & pets, kitchen, large appliances, cameras, audio/video, musical instruments, mobile, automotive, BISS (parts & industrial), computers, office products, wireless and two subsidiaries Fabric.com & Woot. These businesses generated $xxB of revenue and $xB of free cash flow. Jeff led the effort to drive an additional $xxxM of free cash flow above the 2012 plan and identified over 50 opportunities to achieve this goal.

Jeff Pedersen holds a Master of Science in Management from Purdue University with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Iowa State University, where they majored in Finance and Economics.
