Philip Tylicki

Philip Tylicki has a diverse range of work experience. Philip started their career at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where they held various roles including Sales Manager and Operations Manager. Philip was responsible for managing staff, developing schedules, recruiting and hiring, and ensuring operational efficiency. After that, they worked at Randstad as a Market Manager/Branch Manager, where they managed a team and temporary employees, and handled P&L activities. In 2019, Philip joined Renewal by Andersen and Andersen Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Lead.

Philip Tylicki completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Economics, at Shepherd University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Bridgewater College where they studied Business Administration and Management.
