JP McNeill is the founder and CEO of Ando, the leader Sustainable Banking, where 100% of customer deposits are invested in green initiatives like renewable energy and regenerative farming. Additionally, Ando further disrupts the banking industry by providing total transparency to its users as to where those investments are made.

Previously, JP was co-founder and CEO of Renovate America, which partnered with more than 700 cities and counties across America to fund over $3 billion in green bonds. He’s an award-winning leader with a rare mix of vision and pragmatism, able to transform paradigm-shifting ideas into for-profit businesses focused on reversing the devastating effects of climate change.

JP’s personal commitment to sustainability is unimpeachable.
