Amanda Cantor

Amanda Cantor is a seasoned professional in talent management and operations with extensive experience in the venture capital and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Partner for Talent Network and People Practices at Andreessen Horowitz since April 2022, Amanda previously held significant roles at Lerer Hippeau as Director of Talent and Senior Talent Manager, where responsibilities included leading people and talent initiatives for portfolio companies. Prior to that, Amanda contributed to Andreessen Horowitz as a Partner in Talent, worked in Talent Operations at First Round Capital, and held recruiting positions at both Twilio Inc. and Zynga. Amanda began a career in sales as a U.S. Account Executive at Airbnb. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Public Relations from the University of San Francisco.
