Jarod Breslin has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Jarod started their career in 2011 as the FIRST Robotics Team Captain, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved notable success in competitions. In 2016, they served as an OSU Learning Assistant at Oregon State University.
In 2018, Jarod took on the role of MECOP Design Engineering Intern at Leatherman Tool Group, where they focused on improving product designs by addressing tolerance stackups and preventing interference of moving parts. Jarod also conducted finite element analysis to assess material change feasibility and designed test fixtures for evaluation purposes.
Following their internship at Leatherman Tool Group, Jarod joined Darigold as an MECOP Engineering Intern in 2019. During their time there, they analyzed existing production processes, identified areas for improvement, and implemented equipment to enhance worker safety and productivity. Jarod utilized techniques such as ergonomic analysis, cycle time studies, workcell design, and cost analysis in their work.
Currently, Jarod is working at Andrews Cooper as a Staff Mechanical Engineer, a position they assumed in January 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Associate Mechanical Engineer at the same company from May 2020 to December 2021. With their extensive experience and expertise, Jarod is well-equipped to contribute to various mechanical engineering projects at Andrews Cooper.
Jarod Breslin pursued their education from 2011 to 2015 at Westview High School. However, there is no information about the degree or field of study they obtained during this time.
