Frank Stadelmaier

Frank Stadelmaier is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and a member of the firm’s Partnership Advisory Board. He oversees the accounting, finance, operations, tax, human resources, legal and compliance, and risk functions. Prior to his current role, Frank spent four years in the role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the firm’s accounting, operations, tax, and treasury functions. He has also served as Chief Accounting Officer and was the CFO of the firm’s publicly traded mortgage real estate investment trust, AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. from its inception until September 2013. Previously, Frank was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP where he served clients in the real estate and financial services industries. Frank is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree from the University of Albany, SUNY.
