Katie Garippa

Katie Garippa, PHR has a comprehensive work history in human resources. Katie is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at AngioDynamics, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at AngioDynamics from July 2020 to December 2022. From September 2018 to July 2020, they held the role of Global HR Manager at the same company. Katie also gained experience as a Senior HR Generalist at AngioDynamics from November 2017 to September 2018.

Before joining AngioDynamics, Katie worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at GE Power from December 2016 to November 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at GE Renewable Energy from July 2013 to December 2016. Katie began their career in human resources as a Human Resources Generalist at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) from May 2010 to July 2013.

Katie's earlier work experience includes various entry-level HR positions at GE, ClearView Center, SEFCU, and Sandia Labs from June 2006 to May 2010. With their extensive experience in different HR roles across multiple industries, Katie has developed a strong skill set in strategic HR management and operations.

Katie obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Information Systems from the University at Albany, SUNY. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in the Management of Human Resources from The College of Saint Rose.
