Georgina Lees

Georgina Lees is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance and operations management. Currently serving as a Performance Change Manager at both Anglian Water @one Alliance and Balfour Beatty plc since June 2023, Georgina has previously held positions such as Operations Excellence Manager and Waste Coordinator at DS Smith, CI Coordinator at Hain Daniels Group, and Performance Improvement Leader at Sealed Air Corporation. With a strong background in continuous improvement, Georgina also worked as a Lean Coordinator at ALPLA Werke and Process Improvement Co-ordinator at BSH Home Appliances Group.
