Seona Craig

Seona Craig has extensive work experience in recruitment and human resources. Seona currently serves as the Recruitment and HR Lead/Manager - Talent Acquisition to pre-employment onboarding at Anglicare Southern Queensland. In this role, they oversee talent acquisition and recruitment functions, provides advice and training to internal stakeholders, and leads a small team. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner and Projects Lead at Anglicare SQ, where they managed recruitment for management and senior/specialist roles and led the EVP project. Seona also worked as a National Senior Recruitment Specialist at Randstad, where they built relationships with senior-level decision makers in the healthcare sector. Seona has previous experience as a Career Coach, Employer & Personal Brand Strategist, and HR Consultant at YOU Unlimited Australia. Seona's earlier roles include being a Senior Business Consultant/HR Business Partner at the Department of Housing and Public Works and a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Chandler Macleod. Seona began their career as a Candidate Manager for the Medical and Health division at The Careers Group.

Seona Craig's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Psychology with a major in Organisational Behaviour from Swinburne University of Technology from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Monash University from 1997 to 1998, pursuing a Bachelor of Graphic Design, which remains incomplete. Seona also completed their Victorian Certificate of Education at Tintern Anglican Girls Grammar School in 1995.
