Gaye Crichton

Gaye Crichton is the Director of People & Culture at Anglicare Victoria. Gaye has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked as the Human Resource Manager at BAE Systems Australia and Head of HR Services. At BAE Systems, they were responsible for leading the HR Services team and providing operational and strategic HR services to employees and leaders. Gaye was also instrumental in conducting a major transformation review for the organization to reposition it for future growth.
