Desray Shuck is the Head of Learning Platform and Innovation at Anglo American where Desray is responsible for the integrity of the learning systems, process, standards, and governance. With a background in leadership development and technical learning, Desray has experience in designing and implementing strategies for group development. Desray also founded and led Abellard Business Innovation, a consultancy focused on helping executives reach their full potential through various learning methods. With a solid foundation in IT and project management, Desray has a strong educational background, including an MBA and is currently pursuing a PhD in Career Advancement and Cultural Values.
