Management and Strategy

The Management and Strategy team at AngloGold Ashanti is responsible for the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring the alignment of operations with corporate objectives. The team oversees risk management, business improvement processes, procurement and logistics, and the management of mining contracts across Continental Africa. Additionally, the team is focused on operational excellence, corporate safety, and security, optimizing mobile assets, and maintaining effective IT service delivery to support the company’s global mining operations.
