Lewis Cole

Lewis Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations at Animed Direct since May 2022, Lewis leads the Customer Services and Prescription Operations teams while maintaining relationships with logistics colleagues in the CVS business. Prior roles include Head of Customer Support at Lisa Angel Limited and Customer Service Manager positions at both Banner (part of the EVO Group) and Naked Wines, where Lewis provided exceptional customer service solutions within the banking and financial sector. Lewis's career began at Sontec Electronics Ltd as a Trainee Electronics Engineer, progressing through various roles at Virgin Wines and Naked Wines, culminating in managerial positions overseeing training, development, and global projects. Lewis Cole graduated from Hellesdon High School in 2003.
