Artem Evdokimov has extensive work experience in the field of biochemistry and biophysics. Artem is currently the VP Protein Target Pipeline at Animol Discovery, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Biochemistry, Biophysics & Biology at Roivant Sciences from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, they held the position of VP, Biochemistry & Biophysics at Silicon Therapeutics. Artem was the VP - Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at Enko from 2018 to 2020. Before that, Artem worked as the CEO at HarkerBIO from 2015 to 2018. Artem also held various roles at Monsanto, including Structural Biology & Protein Design from 2009 to 2015 and Structural Biology Team Leader from 2009 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Pfizer Global R&D as a Principal research scientist and Principal Scientist from 2006 to 2009. Artem also served as the Group Leader - Protein Crystallography at Procter&Gamble Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2006. Artem began their career as a Postdoc at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) from 1999 to 2001. Artem obtained their doctoral degree as a student at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 1996 to 1999.
Artem Evdokimov attended Kiev 145 for high school, where they focused on Organic Chemistry. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at the Weizmann Institute of Science. From 1996 to 2000, Artem obtained their PhD degree in Chemistry with a specialization in structural biology.
